As an Academic Coordinator / Curriculum Writer (PhD) at our company, your role will involve developing high-quality academic content, designing curricula, and ensuring academic excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and structure academic curricula for undergraduate, postgraduate, and certification programs in various disciplines. - Content Creation: Draft and review academic modules, study guides, assignments, assessments, and research projects. - Academic Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, faculty members, and external experts to ensure timely delivery of academic content. - Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets academic standards, learning objectives, and accreditation requirements while being plagiarism-free. - Research & Innovation: Keep abreast of education trends and incorporate best practices into academic offerings. - Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior content writers, academic associates, and subject matter experts. - Review & Feedback: Conduct academic audits, content reviews, and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: PhD or relevant work experience in Computer Science/ Management field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in academic writing, curriculum design, or academic coordination. - Strong understanding of higher education frameworks, learning outcomes, and assessment methodologies. - Excellent command of academic language, grammar, and referencing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard). - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with academic and operational teams. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with LMS and educational tools preferred.,
