Key Responsibilities

• Handle client and student enquiries in-person, via phone, and online channels.
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain student and admission records; track fee collection and pending payments.
• Engage with students and parents for updates, feedback, and support.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for class schedules and academic updates.
• Manage basic social media activities for the institute’s page (posting updates, replying to messages).
• Prepare reports, notes, and summaries related to admissions, fees, and academic progress.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong typing and documentation skills for note-taking and record maintenance.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, email).
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Pleasant, student-friendly attitude and ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
