Job Summary :
As an Academic Counselor you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective students , providing detailed information about our courses , and admission processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to enquiry calls and messages in a timely and professional manner .
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our academic programs , courses and admission processes .
-Counsel students on academic programs and career paths , addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment .
- Strong knowledge of academic programs and courses ( training will be provided ).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
