Job Title: Academic Coordinator Job Description: We are currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Academic Coordinator. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic support programs while fostering a conducive learning environment. The position is based in Calicut. Responsibilities: Program Development and Management: Devise and implement comprehensive academic support programs to enhance the overall learning experience. Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders to align academic support initiatives with the curriculum. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in Malayalam and Basic English to effectively interact with students, faculty, and parents. Facilitate clear and concise communication regarding academic programs and initiatives. Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students in academic matters, including study skills, time management, and resource utilization. Monitor and assess the academic progress of students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions. Computer Skills: Possess basic to intermediate computer skills to effectively utilize educational technology and software for program management and communication. Stay abreast of advancements in educational technology to enhance academic support strategies. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to coordinate and integrate academic support services into the overall educational framework. Organize Meetings sessions to enhance the skills of both students and faculty. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of academic support services, student progress, and intervention strategies. Generate reports as required to assess the effectiveness of academic support programs. Location: The position is based in Calicut, and the Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing academic support programs in this location. Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education. Strong communication skills in both Malayalam and Basic English. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Previous experience in an academic coordination role is preferred but not mandatory. Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
