Career & Courses is expanding its offerings with a dedicated division for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) preparation. We are committed to providing top-notch coaching, resources, and guidance to aspiring law students. To lead and manage this division, we are seeking an organized and dynamic Academic Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the CLAT preparation division.
• Coordinate between management, faculty, and students to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan academic schedules, batch timings, and course structures.

Faculty & Student Coordination

• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate with subject experts/faculty.
• Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, feedback, and support.
• Monitor faculty performance and student satisfaction.

Academic Administration

• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and test schedules.
• Manage study materials, mock tests, and performance assessments.
• Track student progress and maintain performance records.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in any CLAT subject (Legal Reasoning preferred).
• Strong academic background with proven success in handling preparatory courses.
• Leadership and administrative experience in an academic setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
