Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise a team of Academic Content Writers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. Allocate writing tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality academic content that meets client requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain content integrity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work flow and efficient content production. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing performance feedback and conducting appraisals. Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Stay updated with industry trends, academic writing practices, and educational requirements to provide valuable insights and improvements. Working Conditions: This is a full-time position based at our office location. Standard office hours, Monday to Saturday, with occasional flexibility required.
