Our books offer integrations like thematic, multidimensional, skill-based, and experiential enhancement to maximize learning potential.Role & Responsibilities Woodapple Publications invites senior teachers, subject experts, and HoDs with extensive classroom experience to join as Academic Content Developers. Ideal candidates must have a deep understanding of NEP 2020, NCF, and diverse educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards). The role involves creating engaging, skill-integrated, and pedagogically sound textbooks and learning materials for Classes 1 to 8.Key Responsibilities:

• Design curriculum-aligned content with clarity and creativity.
• Develop theme-based, age-appropriate textbooks.
• Integrate 21st-century skills and experiential learning.
• Collaborate with editorial and design teams.
• Write and structure textbook content for Grades 1 to 8 in English, Hindi, EVS, and Pre-Primary levels
• Align content with NEP 2020, NCF guidelines, and 21st-century learning skills
• Develop stories, poems, lessons, grammar content, worksheets, activities, and lesson plans for all assigned subjects
• Candidate must have a research-oriented and innovative mindset
• Must possess excellent writing, drafting, and conceptualization skills in both English and Hindi
• Ability to produce error-free, age-appropriate, and engaging content
• Should be well-versed with IT tools, EdTech platforms, and smart content development techniques
• Must have deep subject knowledge and a sound understanding of curriculum design for quality textbooks
• Should be capable of producing content aligned to CBSE and other board requirements
• Coordinate closely with graphic designers, editors, and academic teams to deliver comprehensive educational resources

Eligibility:

• Minimum 4 years of teaching or academic leadership.
• Strong command over subject content and child pedagogy.
• Passion for education reform and innovation in publishing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
