Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Coach located in Hyderabad. The Academic Coach will be responsible for providing individual and group coaching sessions to students, developing and implementing educational plans, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, facilitating learning sessions, and offering guidance on academic subjects. The role also involves collaborating with educators and monitoring student progress to tailor coaching strategies effectively.

Qualifications

Academic Coaching and Coaching skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in the field of Education
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to develop and adapt educational plans for diverse learning needs
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education are preferred
Previous experience in academic coaching is a plus
