Job Description

This job is for the position of Academic Associate at Noida location in the EdTech industry. As an Academic Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards the right career path. Your responsibilities will include counseling students and parents about courses, careers, and admissions, guiding students through enrollment and documentation processes, following up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, staying updated on universities, colleges, and admission criteria, conducting webinars and presentations to engage potential students, achieving enrollment targets, and contributing to business growth. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and preferably have experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be a plus. A passion for helping students and a results-driven mindset are essential qualities for this position.
