Job Description

As an Academic Advisor for Digital Marketing Programs, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one academic counseling to prospective students through phone, email, and online platforms. Your role will involve understanding individual student aspirations and recommending appropriate Digital Marketing programs such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Analytics, etc. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in meeting or exceeding monthly enrollment and sales targets by proactively following up with leads, building strong relationships, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. It is essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and enrollment records in the CRM system and stay informed about current trends and developments in Digital Marketing to provide relevant advice. Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one academic counseling to prospective students through phone, email, and online platforms. - Understand individual student aspirations and recommend appropriate Digital Marketing programs (such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Analytics, etc.). - Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets. - Proactively follow up with leads, build strong relationships, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and enrollment records in the CRM system. - Stay informed about current trends and developments in Digital Marketing to provide relevant and updated advice. Qualifications & Requirements: - Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, academic counseling, inside sales, or a related field. - Knowledge: Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions and close sales. - Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide students effectively. - Target-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales or enrollment KPIs. - Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
