Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor at Career Planning and Learning Center located in Andheri East, Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting student counseling sessions, providing information about courses, assisting with admissions processes, and ensuring excellent customer service for prospective students.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Educational background or experience in the education sector
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of MBA entrance exams and undergraduate competitive exams
• Experience in student counseling or admissions processes is a plus
• Communication in English is mandatory
