Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor based in Nagpur. The Academic Advisor will engage with students to provide academic advising, career counseling, and mentorship, guiding students in their educational and professional journeys. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, advising on course selection and career paths, addressing academic challenges, and maintaining accurate student records. The advisor will also communicate effectively with students, educators, and parents as needed, while staying updated on industry trends to offer relevant guidance.

• Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education
• Exceptional Communication abilities to engage effectively with students and stakeholders
• Experience in education or academic guidance is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field; a higher qualification is an advantage
• Empathy, organization, and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Knowledge of current trends in education and career development
