Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Abroad Admission Consultant to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international education and admissions consulting, with a proven track record of helping students successfully gain admission to top universities abroad. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the application process, and the ability to provide personalized guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad options, university selection, and the application process.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, including reviewing and editing personal statements, essays, and other application documents.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students prepare for university interviews.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in international education and admissions processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and information sessions for students and parents.
• Collaborate with the test prep team to align admission consulting services with test preparation offerings.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with students throughout the application process until admission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international education consulting or admissions counseling.
• In-depth knowledge of the application processes for GRE, GMAT, and IELTS, as well as admission requirements for universities in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and other popular study destinations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
