Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end Finance Operations, Planning Processes, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate should bring deep knowledge of financial best practices, process optimization, and experience in finance transformationespecially within the Telecom domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Finance Operations and Planning Processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Oversee and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes specific to Telecom industry operations. Evaluate, design, and implement improvements in Finance workflows and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and integration of Finance systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERPs. Participate in or lead Finance transformation initiatives including: Finance Enterprise Structure design Accounting and Financial Reporting Controlling (CO) and Funds Management (FM) Cash & Treasury Management Cost and Profitability Management Performance Management and Budgeting Leasing & Property Management Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting Procurement and Inventory Management Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in Finance operations, with exposure to large-scale ERP environments. Deep understanding of Telecom Finance processes, systems, and performance drivers. Hands-on experience in implementing or managing tools such as SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to assess existing finance structures and propose efficient, scalable solutions. Preferred: Experience in ERP Finance system rollouts or upgrades. Knowledge of automation tools and digital finance platforms. Exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial operations.
