Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Leader for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading a team in a warehouse environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety. Responsibilities Leading and managing a team of warehouse staff Managing inventory levels and ensuring that all products are accounted for Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse operations Ensuring that all warehouse safety procedures are followed Overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks Monitoring the quality of products being shipped and received Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities Skills and Qualifications At least 5-15 years of experience in a warehouse environment Proven experience in leading a team Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of inventory management systems Strong organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
