As a 5-Axis VMC Programmer at Keytex Machines in Surat, Gujarat, you will be part of an ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering company specializing in CNC turning and VMC milling services. Our focus is on manufacturing high-precision industrial components and roller dies for industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to create and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis VMC machines using software like Mastercam. You will need to interpret technical drawings and 3D models to set up efficient machining processes, operate and monitor 3, 4 & 5-axis VMC machines, and collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure precise manufacturing. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming with a focus on 5-axis VMC machining. Proficiency in CAM software like Mastercam, Siemens, Fanuc, knowledge of tooling, working parameters, and fixturing on the actual job, as well as strong familiarity with G-code and M-code will be essential. Experience in industries like aerospace, automotive, or medical, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are also required.
