3D Visualizer (Coohom Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with hands-on experience using Coohom to join our design and visualization team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for interior and architectural projects, helping bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate 3D models, renderings, and animations using Coohom and other 3D tools.
• Translate 2D floor plans and concept designs into 3D visual representations.
• Produce high-quality interior and exterior visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately visualized.
• Continuously update and improve the quality of renderings based on client feedback and evolving project needs.
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Keep up with the latest trends and updates in 3D visualization and Coohom capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work created with Coohom.
• Proficiency in Coohom and familiarity with its rendering engine, product library, and floor planning tools.
• Knowledge of other 3D modeling/rendering tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar (a plus).
• Understanding of architectural drawings, interior layouts, materials, and lighting.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication skills to interpret client needs and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• Experience with virtual staging, 360° panorama renders, or interactive walkthroughs.
• Familiarity with online platforms for client presentations and VR integration (a bonus).
