Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic 3D renders using Sketchup and Lumion.
• Enhancing renders with Photoshop focusing on color correction, compositing, and adding atmospheric effects to enhance realism.
• Make minor updates and modifications to 3D models based on project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with design teams to ensure visual consistency with project objectives.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is consistent across all

deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Education :

  B.Arch/B.Des with a Lumion course

• Experience:

  2+ years of design experience with visuals expertise, showcasing a strong portfolio in realistic renders.

• Skills:

  Proficient in Lumion and Photoshop with basic knowledge of Sketchup
