3D Visualiser

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software (3ds Max, Vray, Corona, SketchUp etc.)
• Produce photo-realistic renderings including interior/exterior views, walkthrough animations and 360° presentations
• Apply advanced rendering tools (V-Ray, Corona Renderer etc) for realistic lighting, materials and textures
• Enhance visuals with landscaping, entourage, and environmental elements to improve presentation quality
• Accurately interpret architectural and MEP drawings and translate them into 3D models
• Maintain organized libraries of models, textures, and materials for workflow efficiency
• Review and revise visual outputs based on internal and client feedback, ensuring delivery of the highest standards
• Stay updated with industry trends, including VR/AR visualization tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal, Blender) to continually improve output quality

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualiser, preferably in an architectural or design consultancy environment
• Working knowledge of animation, lighting, texturing and material creation
• Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic sense and a strong portfolio of architectural visualizations (portfolio submission mandatory)
