About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, a keen eye for detail, and the technical know-how to convert 2D concepts into high-quality 3D assets. You will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models and renders for our sportswear, equipment, and accessory lines, helping us bring our designs to life across marketing, development, and digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create 3D models and photorealistic renders of products, including garments, sports equipment, and packaging.
• Interpret design briefs and work closely with the product development and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual models.
• Produce turntable animations, simulations, and digital mockups for presentations and web use.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches and prototyping.
• Maintain asset libraries and ensure all outputs meet brand visual standards.
• Optimize 3D assets for use in AR, VR, and digital showrooms (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, video editor, or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in software such as Houdini, Nuke, Blender, KeyShot, Adobe Substance, Maya, or similar.

• Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

• A portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D work (product renders, simulations, or virtual prototypes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sportswear or consumer product design is a plus.
• Understanding of product development processes and timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
