3D Project Manager

As an experienced Project Manager at our 3D design studio, your role will involve leading and coordinating the successful delivery of design projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines - Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget - Organize and lead project kickoff meetings to align the design team and set clear expectations - Coordinate the work of cross-functional design teams, including 3D artists and designers - Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments - Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns - Manage the project budget, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget - Document project milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned to enhance future project management Qualifications: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in a design or creative agency environment - Strong understanding of 3D software, tools, and workflows - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing and multitasking - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Design, or a related field If you are a talented Project Manager with a passion for 3D design, we welcome you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
