About the Role:

Blender

You will be part of a creative team working across high-quality 3D animation, VR experiences, and stylized storytelling projects in entertainment and learning content for global brands. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model high-quality props and environments (stylized or semi-realistic) 
2. Use any standard 3D software (see list below) but ensure final delivery works in

   Blender

    
3. Ensure clean topology and efficient UVs 
4. Collaborate closely with texturing, rigging, animation, and production teams 
5. Optimize models for performance while maintaining visual quality 
6. Work with reference imagery, storyboards, or greybox layouts for world-building 

Preferred Software Experience (any of the below):

1. Blender (Must Know)

    
2. Autodesk Maya (Optional)
3. 3ds Max (Optional)
4. ZBrush (for sculpting where applicable) 
5. SketchUp (for architectural or simple layout modeling) 
6. Substance Painter / Designer (for texturing workflows) 
7. SpeedTree (optional, for vegetation/environment) 
8. Final asset delivery must be compatible with Blender (native use or via FBX/OBJ imports). 

Bonus Skills: 

1. Knowledge of

   Unreal Engine

   (basic asset integration, scene setup, or LODs) 
2. Experience with animation content or game-ready assets 
3. Worked on children’s content, games, or stylized series 

Experience Required: 

1. 1.5 to 5 years in relevant roles in a studio, production house, gaming company, or animation agency 
2. A strong portfolio is mandatory — should reflect your range and understanding of space, style, scale, and cleanliness of models

1. Passion for 3D model Creation and Storytelling through environments 
2. Great communication and collaborative working skills 
3. Willingness to work from our Noida Sector 7 office full-time 
4. Ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven workflows
