Job Description

You will be a valuable 3D Modeller Specialist in our creative team, responsible for crafting high-quality, realistic 3D models tailored for the watch industry. Your role involves collaborating with designers, animators, and developers to transform concepts into lifelike models through precise modeling, texturing, and optimization. Your main responsibilities will include creating precise and visually appealing 3D models based on design briefs, sketches, or CAD drawings. You will also develop textures, materials, and shaders to enhance realism, collaborate with team members to ensure optimal model performance, and ensure that the models meet technical and artistic requirements for different outputs. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a 3D Modeller or similar position, proficiency in software like Blender, Maya, or ZBrush, a strong understanding of UV mapping and rendering pipelines, and the ability to interpret technical drawings into accurate 3D models. Additionally, you should stay updated on industry trends and tools, work efficiently to meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards. Preferred skills include experience in animation pipelines, knowledge of real-time engines like Unreal Engine, and a basic understanding of scripting in 3D software. Soft skills such as attention to detail, creativity, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, or related field, along with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
