3D Industrial CAD Specialist (Watches)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled 3D Product Designer / CAD Specialist with a strong industrial design background to create high-precision, engineering-grade 3D models of our watches. You’ll work closely with our founding and design teams to bring concepts to life with technical accuracy and manufacturability in mind.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed, production-ready 3D CAD models based on sketches and concept designs.
2. Collaborate with product and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and refinement.
3. Execute high-precision hard-surface modelling for watch components and cases.
4. Iterate designs based on feedback, tolerances, and material constraints.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in industrial CAD modelling, preferably in consumer products, watches, or accessories.
2. Strong expertise in hard-surface modelling for precision-engineered components.
3. Proficiency in one or more of the following CAD tools:

CREO (PTC)

SolidWorks

Fusion 360

Or equivalent industry-standard software.

Solid understanding of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing techniques (e.g. CNC machining, injection moulding, etc.).
