Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled 3D Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the event management industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong visualization and technical skills, capable of designing stages, exhibition stalls, event setups, branding elements, and layouts that are both creative and practical for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D event concepts, visualizations, and renders for stages and installations.
• Understand event flow, space utilization, and brand communication.
• Collaborate with the operations, production, and fabrication teams for feasible execution.
• Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, and design presentations for client approval.
• Work on branding, signage, and graphic elements as part of event setups.
• Ensure all designs align with client briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, or similar 3D software.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Prior experience in an event management company or exhibition design agency is mandatory.
• Excellent understanding of spatial design, fabrication, lighting, and materials.
• Ability to visualize creative concepts and turn them into executable designs.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing event-related 3D design work is required.
