Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Draughtsman located in Gurugram. The 3D Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D models based on design briefs and specifications. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and project managers, preparing 3D renderings, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the drafts. The role also involves updating and revising drawings as required and adhering to the company's drafting standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D architectural drawing and modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
• Attention to detail and precision in drafting
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Relevant experience in an architectural or construction firm
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
