HIRING – 3D DESIGNER (SOLIDWORKS)

MTA Investment Group is hiring a 3D Designer (SolidWorks) to support mechanical and industrial design activities for manufacturing-related projects within its portfolio. The role involves onsite collaboration with engineering and production teams and requires hands-on design support for factory systems and equipment.

Location: Iran (Onsite, Full-Time)

Role Overview

The selected candidate will support the design and engineering team in developing, modifying, and documenting mechanical components and assemblies used in glass manufacturing operations. This role requires close coordination with production, R&D, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models of mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation for manufacturing
• Support industrial and glass manufacturing projects, including machinery, fixtures, and structural components
• Modify and improve existing designs based on production feedback and site requirements
• Ensure designs follow manufacturing feasibility, safety, and quality standards
• Work closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams inside the factory

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience using SolidWorks
• Strong knowledge of part modeling, assemblies, and technical drawings
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing environments
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, onsite industrial setting
