3D Designer (POSM Design)

As a skilled 3D Designer with a strong background in POSM design and material knowledge, you will be responsible for creating detailed and visually compelling 3D designs that align with client briefs and project requirements. Your ability to handle briefs independently and deliver high-quality designs will be crucial in meeting client specifications. Prior experience in FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics industries is highly desirable for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Design Development: Creating detailed and visually compelling 3D designs for POSM that align with client briefs and project requirements. - Material Knowledge: Utilizing in-depth knowledge of materials to select appropriate options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal. - Client Interaction: Managing client briefs independently, including gathering requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback. - Project Management: Overseeing the entire design process from concept through to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Collaboration: Working closely with other designers, production teams, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. - Industry Expertise: Applying experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong background in 3D design and POSM design. - Experience in FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics industries is highly desirable. - Background in Fine Arts preferred to bring a refined artistic touch to the design process.
