3D Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer to join our creative team. The 3D Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing 3D models of murals, carvings, and architectural elements in stone. This role requires strong technical expertise in modeling, spatial visualization, and design interpretation, along with the creativity to push the boundaries of stone as a medium.

Key Responsibilities

· Create 3D models, sculptures, and design prototypes for stone carvings, murals, products, planters, bath ware and installations.

· Translate 2D drawings, sketches, and client briefs into precise 3D forms.

· Work closely with CNC programmers, render artists, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready.

· Develop parametric, organic, and architectural forms using advanced 3D tools.

· Apply accurate detailing, scale, and proportion in models to align with stone carving techniques.

· Collaborate with the creative team to explore innovative design possibilities with natural stone.

· Prepare 3D files for rendering, CNC machining, and presentation purposes.

· Manage multiple projects with timely and high-quality output.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related field.

· Proven experience as a 3D Designer / 3D Modeler (experience in architectural/interior/ornamental design preferred).

· Proficiency in 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or equivalent 3D software.

· Familiarity with AutoCAD and CNC preparation workflows is a strong plus.

· Strong knowledge of form, proportion, geometry, and material detailing.

· Creative problem-solving with a strong eye for spatial composition and aesthetics.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a design-led, fast-paced environment.
