3D BIM Architect

Role Overview: As a 3D BIM Consultant at GKC Consultants, your primary role will involve implementing BIM-based project controls, optimizing schedules, and conducting BIM modeling. You will be responsible for developing detailed 3D architectural models, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of quality control. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 3D architectural models ranging from LOD 200 to LOD 500. - Proficiency in 3D BIM Tools such as Autodesk REVIT, ArchiCAD, BlueBeam, Sketchup, etc. - Create, edit, and manage Revit Families for Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems with parameters. - Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to ensure coordinated models. - Work with BIM annotations, levels, and documentation for project accuracy. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project coordination and compliance with BIM standards. - Assist in reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural drawings for model creation. - Maintain high standards of quality control, accuracy, and project documentation. - Utilize tools like Navisworks and ACC for model review, coordination, and collaboration. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills. - Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). - Experience with Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, and other 3D BIM Software. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. - Understanding of Project Management tools and 4D BIM will be an advantage.,
