Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler / Visualization Specialist to create and optimize 3D assets for factory layouts, equipment, and immersive environments. The role involves ensuring models are optimized for real-time rendering, VR/AR readiness, and Omniverse compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert CAD/BIM files (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) into USD/OpenUSD formats.
• Design and develop 3D assets using tools such as Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max.
• Optimize textures, materials, and lighting for visual quality and performance.
• Prepare models for real-time rendering, VR/AR environments, and physics simulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality assets.
• Ensure models are Omniverse-ready and meet project performance standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM conversion (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max).
• Experience with USD/OpenUSD workflows.
• Expertise in texture optimization, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Familiarity with VR/AR asset readiness and immersive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity).
• Understanding of physics simulations and factory visualization.
• Strong attention to detail with balance between aesthetics and efficiency.
