? Responsibilities

?? Build, launch, optimize, and report on Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, UAC)

?? Track performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and adjust campaigns daily

?? Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages

?? Troubleshoot ad delivery, tracking, disapprovals

?? Develop campaign automation via scripts and rules

?? Collaborate with product and design teams for cohesive execution

?? Monitor industry and competitor trends to inform strategy

???? Qualifications

?? Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline

?? 35 years in digital ad operations focused on Google Ads

?? Hands-on reporting: Excel, PowerPoint; visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) advantageous

?? Experience with Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, Analytics

?? Nice-to-have: Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and affiliate marketing experience
