In this role, you will be instrumental in uncovering insights that shape and drive the user experience across our digital platforms. You'll also be expected to independently identify new research opportunities using a mix of data analytics and qualitative insights, helping us continuously improve our product design and performance against key KPIs. Key Responsibilities ? Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, etc.) to identify and prioritize research questions. ? Design and execute end-to-end user research strategies including qualitative and quantitative methods. ? Create and manage usability testing plans, run studies, and analyze results to inform design and product decisions. ? Utilize research tools such as tree testing, card sorting, and surveys to gather actionable feedback. ? Establish test hypotheses, track results, and present findings in compelling, visually engaging formats. ? Translate complex research findings into clear and actionable insights that inform product development and UX design. ? Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of user experiences through data-driven research aligned with KPIs. ? Advocate for user-centered design by effectively communicating research insights to stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Must Have Skills ? 57 years of hands-on experience in UX research, applied research, or related fields. ? Proven experience designing and conducting usability tests, writing test plans, and analyzing user data. ? Demonstrated expertise with research and analytics tools, including: ? Google Analytics ? An Oracle Data Centre Technician will be the technical liaison between the technology teams and the Data Centre Environment. You are able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues.
