2nd Line Manager

As a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) at a fastest growing pharmaceutical company based in Kolkata, specializing in gastroenterology, surgery, gynecology, and general medicine, your primary responsibility will be to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales process and operations. Your key tasks will include: - Analyzing business potential and devising strategies to drive sales and meet targets effectively. - Identifying and developing new market segments while exploring profitable business opportunities. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in your assigned territory. - Expanding and maintaining partnerships with doctors and hospitals to enhance business growth. - Improving individual and team productivity by monitoring sales performance through MIS reports, providing coaching for superior performance, and motivating team members to achieve their best. - Ensuring optimal utilization of marketing campaigns such as MC OPD marketing campaigns, RTM/CME, and other promotional activities to maximize benefits. - Regularly traveling to different headquarters to gain real-time insights, address key issues promptly, and take necessary actions. - Working actively in the market for at least five days a week, leading by example by making calls and engaging with stakeholders. - Keeping the Head Office updated on all relevant developments on a need-to-know basis and performing any other job-related activities as required by the management. Additionally, you should have prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with the ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits like Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 1 year as a Second Line Manager and 2 years as a First Line Manager.
