Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support
Citrix applications and environments
.
Manage
Active Directory users, computers, and Group Policies (GPOs)
.
Handle and resolve
ServiceNow tickets
within defined SLAs.
Provide
Level 2 field support
for IT incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot
network devices
, including Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, and Ports.
Monitor and support
WAN circuits and File Servers
.
Perform
server patching, auditing, and compliance
activities.
Install, configure, and maintain
end-user hardware and software
.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and network issues.
Analyze incident trends and recommend preventive actions.
Ensure timely documentation of incidents, resolutions, and user details.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

24 years
of hands-on experience in
Citrix support and Active Directory administration
.
Strong knowledge of
Active Directory user/client management and GPOs
.
Basic to intermediate understanding of
Cisco networking
(Firewalls, Switches, Access Points).
Experience in
ServiceNow ticket handling
and ITSM processes.
Exposure to
Windows Server, WAN, and File Server support
.
Experience in
L2 IT support / field support
roles.
Understanding of
patch management, antivirus, and security compliance
.
Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
Relevant
Citrix or Microsoft certifications
are an added advantage.
