Job Description

Lead and mentor the Salesforce technical team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and solution architecture expertise across:
Sales Cloud
(core CRM, sales processes, forecasting, opportunity/Account management)
Service Cloud
(case management, entitlements, knowledge base, omnichannel, live chat, voice cloud)
Experience Cloud
(customer and partner portals, digital experiences)
CPQ
(configure, price, quote automation, and integrations)
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governance, and release management processes.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and roadmap to proactively recommend improvements.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Experience using DevOps tools like Gearset, Azure DevOps, Copado, or similar
Hands on experience with Apex, LWC framework
Knowledge on enterprise integration tools like Mulesoft, Jitterbit or similar
