Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in New Delhi. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating trainee performance. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and hands-on training, and providing technical support to trainees. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the training programs are current and effective.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Technical Training and Technical Trainers
• Experience in Training & Development and conducting training sessions
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with premium OEMs such as BMW, Mercedes, etc., is highly preferred
• Ability to create and organize technical training materials
• Proven track record of successful training program delivery
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field
