𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:

• Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings & travel (be their right hand)
• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless execution of strategies
• Track follow-ups and decisions across teams
• Prepare reports, presentations & meeting briefs
• Represent the Director in internal communications & discussions when required
• Take initiative — suggest improvements, raise red flags, and own your decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Mandatory).
• Prior experience in team handling or a lead role is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
