𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 (𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬):
-Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for PEB related building solutions.
-Target clientele: Reach out to Architects, Consultants, Project Heads, and direct clients to pitch product offerings.
-Drive architectural sales by promoting products for design and structural solutions.
-Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.
-Maintain strong client relationships and provide product knowledge support.
-Conduct regular field visits across Delhi/NCR for business development and networking.
-Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
-Minimum 3–8+ years of marketing/sales experience in the building materials industry, preferably in pre engineered buildings.
- Can understand and convince clients with technical drawings. AutoCad is must.
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
-Strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR market and its construction ecosystem.
-Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
