The Assistant Project Engineer (Entry to Mid Level) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational technical knowledge who are eager to grow, as well as those with a few years of project engineering experience seeking to expand responsibilities. The Assistant Project Engineer will assist in project documentation, scheduling, quality control, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.

アシスタントプロジェクトエンジニア（エントリー～ミドルレベル）は、エンジニアリングおよび建設プロジェクトの計画、調整、実行をサポートします。本ポジションは、基礎的な技術知識を持ち成長を志す方、または数年のプロジェクトエンジニア経験を持ち責任範囲を広げたい方に適しています。プロジェクト文書の管理、スケジュール調整、品質管理、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを支援し、プロジェクトを成功かつ期限通りに遂行する役割を担います。

Role Description / 役割

• Assist project managers and senior engineers in planning and executing projects.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist in quality assurance and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress documentation.
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues when necessary.
• Contribute to process improvements and technical problem-solving.

• 技術図面、仕様書、報告書の作成を支援する。
• プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、進捗をモニタリングする。

• 品質保証や安全基準への適合を支援する。
• 現場視察を行い、進捗報告書を作成する。
• リスクや遅延の可能性を特定し、必要に応じて課題をエスカレーションする。
• プロセス改善や技術的な問題解決に貢献する。

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years (Entry) or 3–5 years (Mid Level) of project engineering or construction-related experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and project management.
• Familiarity with CAD software, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards is a plus.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• 土木、機械、電気、または関連分野の工学系学士号、または同等の経験。
• プロジェクトエンジニアリングまたは建設関連の経験0～3年（エントリー）、または3～5年（ミドルレベル）。
• 工学原理、建設プロセス、プロジェクト管理に関する基礎的な理解。
• CADソフトやプロジェクトスケジューリングツール（MS Project、Primaveraなど）の使用経験があれば尚可。
• 優れた組織力とタイムマネジメント能力。
• 技術的・非技術的なステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションできる能力。
• 問題解決志向と主体的に行動する姿勢。
• 安全規制や品質基準の知識があれば尚可。
