You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Zscaler Administrator with at least 6+ years of experience. As a Zscaler Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of Zscaler internet access portal and client portals. Your role will involve policy management, including Internet (URL), Cloud app control, Browser isolation, client/agent configurations, Internet bypass, PAC, and SSL policy. Additionally, you will handle change management tasks such as Whitelist, blacklist, Client configurations, and policy configurations. Your responsibilities will also include incident management by troubleshooting internet access and Zscaler incidents, including agent side issues. You will be involved in platform service requests, focusing on tasks related to the underlying platform such as integration with new IDP. Vendor escalations and engagement will be part of your duties, along with agent software maintenance tasks like upgrades, patches, and rollout. The mandatory skill set required for this role is expertise in ZScaler URL Filtering. You should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in this domain.
