Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) East

As the Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)-East at a reputed FMCG brand in Kolkata, your role will involve overseeing general trade functions within FMCG organizations in East India. You should have a minimum of 15-18 years of experience, with at least 5 years spent as a ZSM/AZSM/RSM in 4-5 East India states. While experience in the confectionery industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the East Indian market to drive sales and work with national/regional push brands. - Lead a high-performing sales team and distribution infrastructure to support company growth in East India. - Travel extensively, spending at least 10-12 days a month across East India.
