Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) East Food / Confectionery / Beverages-Kolkata

As a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)-East at a reputed FMCG brand in Kolkata, your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing operations in at least 4-5 East India states, with a focus on general trade functions within FMCG organizations. - Building and leading a high-performing sales team and distribution infrastructure to support the company's growth in East India. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the East Indian market and working with national/regional push brands. - Traveling extensively, being on the move for at least 10-12 days a month across East India. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 15-18 years of experience in GT functions within FMCG organizations. - Experience as a ZSM/AZSM/RSM for the last 5 years. - Track record of career progression within the same organization, preferably from ASM to ARSM to RSM roles. - Graduation degree is the minimum educational requirement, MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory.
