Zonal Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage distributor and retail networks across North India.


  • Drive primary and secondary sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.


  • Plan and execute schemes to boost retail visibility and sell-through.


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and team performance.


  • Lead, train, and motivate area sales teams for consistent growth.


Requirements:


  • 5-7 years of experience

    in retail/general trade sales (preferably in cosmetics/skincare/appliances).


  • Background in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care appliances preferred.


  • Proven record in distributor appointment and sales achievement.


  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
