Role Overview:

The Zonal Operations Coordinator will oversee wind farm operations across the assigned zone, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal performance. The role requires close coordination with site teams, contractors, and central functions to achieve availability and generation targets.

Specific Responsibilities

Monitor site operations, turbine performance, and downtime.

Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance and resource allocation.

Drive safety compliance and conduct periodic audits.

Act as single point of contact between central operations and site teams.

Consolidate performance reports and support cost optimization initiatives.

Profile & Eligible Criteria

Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

2-4 years of O&M experience in wind energy; multi-site exposure preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/ERP/CMMS/Power BI preferred).
