Zonal INCHARGE (Electrical SPOT BILLING)

As a Zonal Incharge for the Spot Billing Project at Inventive Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Ghaziabad, your role will involve leading and managing the spot billing operations in the Noida region. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating with field teams and technicians, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing regular performance updates to senior management. Additionally, you will be required to uphold safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality requirements. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.Tech (Electrical), Diploma (Electrical), or equivalent qualification in the electrical field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in power distribution or utility-related projects. Prior experience in spot billing, metering, or field operations management is essential for this role. Key skills required for this position include strong leadership, team management, knowledge of electrical systems and spot billing processes, effective communication, coordination, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and proficiency in using field reporting tools.
