Zonal Engineer Telecom Sector Minimum 2 year (Experience with Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation is an added advantage) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Engineer to oversee operations in the telecom sector. The role involves leading Zonal-level initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals. Candidates with experience in Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation will have an added advantage Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for the efficient operation of telecom infrastructure in the designated zone. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Supervise and manage district-level teams to achieve performance targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members. Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and operations of optical fiber and other telecom networks in the zone. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols in all operational processes. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high service standards. Prepare and submit regular reports on zone performance, operational challenges, and project progress to higher management. Maintain accurate records of assets, resources, and manpower. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government entities, especially Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation. Address client concerns and provide effective solutions. Qualifications and Skills: bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecom sector, with a focus on field operations or project management
