District Lead - Telecom Sector

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Lead to oversee operations in the telecom sector. The role involves leading district-level initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals. Candidates with experience in Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all telecom-related projects and operations within the assigned district. Ensure the timely execution of project deliverables in adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-ground challenges. Prepare detailed reports and updates on project status and district-level performance. Lead and mentor district teams to foster productivity and professional growth. Identify and mitigate risks associated with district-level telecom operations. Maintain compliance with telecom industry standards and government regulations. Qualifications and Skills: bachelors degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 1+ year of experience in the telecom sector, with a focus on field operations or project management. Note : Prior experience with Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation is an added advantage
