Zonal Collection Manager Vehicle Finance

Role Overview: As a Zonal Collection Manager in the Vehicle Finance vertical, located in Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) with a base location in Pune, Mumbai, or Ahmedabad, your main responsibility will be to drive collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western India. You will be tasked with ensuring that recovery targets are met, minimizing NPAs, and executing legal/repossession actions effectively. Your role will involve focusing on bucket-wise collection strategies, legal actions, monitoring collection performance, leading MIS/reporting, and ensuring regulatory and process compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30, 30+, 60+, 90+). - Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant. - Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs. - Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls. - Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/MBA with 10-15 years of experience in vehicle finance collections. - Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management. - Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.,
