Experience : 8+ Years Locations: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune Desired Competencies: Two or more than Two Implementation experience in Zoho Finance Suite and HR Good Knowledge/Experience in Zoho’s Low Code-No Code Platform (Creator) Will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their business needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementations Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, RFP responses, proposals, and presentations. Good Inter Personal Skills Good Communication and Team Leading Experience Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills Good Documentation Skills Coordination with Internal Stakeholders for L&D, Reporting etc. Should be Flexible and open to Short travels within/outside the Country Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Resource would be responsible for designing the Solutions including the Architecture Working closely with the Delivery team and providing them the necessary support for efficient delivery and Technical assistance for Problem resolution Coordinate and Conduct Functional and Technical Trainings.
